Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You are responsible for ensuring research materials may be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via USPS and other reputable carriers. Available services and estimated delivery windows are presented at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
All products are packaged discreetly and in accordance with proper handling guidelines for research materials.
3. Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders within the United States are generally delivered within 2-7 business days depending on the selected service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
4. International Shipping
International availability varies by destination. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you order may be lawfully imported into your country, and for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
NEXGN LAB is not responsible for shipments seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities. No refunds are issued for orders refused or detained by customs.
5. Cold Chain and Handling
Where appropriate, temperature-sensitive products are shipped with suitable packaging. Upon receipt, you are responsible for inspecting and storing all products according to the storage instructions provided for each product.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nexgnlab.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Carrier delays outside of our control are not eligible for refunds of shipping charges.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipment to a corrected address may incur additional charges.
